
Mulodo Inc. (hereinafter "Mulodo") views the protection of personal information as a social responsibility. Accordingly, Mulodo has established and adheres to the following personal information protection policy.
1. Collecting of appropriate personal information
When collecting personal information, Mulodo will clearly specify the purpose of collecting such information and will limit such collection to the information required for achieving the purpose.
2. Appropriate use and provision of personal information
Mulodo will not provide or disclose the personal information collected to third parties unless the customer has given prior approval, a subcontracting agreement is being entered into, or there is another legitimate reason.
3. Management of personal information
Mulodo will appoint manager responsible for all handling of customers' personal information, and will prevent leakage through appropriate management. Mulodo will take appropriate and rational measures against risks such as loss, destruction, and alteration of personal information, as well as unauthorized access to same.
4. Outsourcing of the handling of personal information
When Mulodo outsources the handling of personal information, it will enter into agreements necessary to prevent leakage or further provision, and perform appropriate management.
5. Respecting individual rights
Mulodo respects the rights of the Individual and, when requested by the Individual to disclose, correct, delete or cease the use or provision of personal information, Mulodo will comply in good faith to such requests to the degree that is reasonable in light of commonly-accepted norms and practices.
6. Applicable laws
Mulodo will observe the laws and regulations applicable to the personal information it retains.
7. Continuous improvement
Mulodo will strive to make continuous improvements to its system of management for the protection of personal information.

* "Personal information" refers to information concerning a living natural person. Personal information includes the individual's name, date of birth and other descriptions that can be used to identify the individual concerned. Personal information also includes information that does not by itself identify the individual but can be easily reconciled with other information in order to identify the individual.
